About Us

The United States African Development Foundation (USADF) supported the establishment of the Namibia Development Foundation (NAMDEF) Trust through the United States grant making program. Subsequently, all  the programs under the funding grant of USADF were managed by NAMDEF.

We exist to create meaningful inclusion for marginalised communities. Our work focuses on amplifying under-represented voices, improving access to essential services, and building partnerships that empower lasting impact. Every objective is rooted in dignity, equity, and collaboration.

To Enhance Organisational Performance:

Streamline internal processes, adopt advanced technologies and implement data driven decision- making to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

To Enhance Human Resource Capacity:

Invest in employee training, leadership development and retention strategies to ensure professional growth. 

To Enhance Project Acquisition:

Expand our portfolio to implement targeted business development strategies, strengthen partnerships and leverage emerging market opportunities.

Enhance our project management capabilities by adopting best practices to ensure timely delivery and optimise resource allocation. 

To Support Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs):

Provide SMEs with capacity building initiatives financial support programs and literacy as well access to business opportunities.
